The Trussell Trust runs the largest network of food banks in the UK, giving emergency food and support to people in crisis. Fourteen million people live below the poverty line and in the last year 2,5 million three-day emergency food supplies were distributed to people in crisis.
“The foodbank was there when we really needed it, it was an absolute lifeline.”
We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. If you need a Foodbank referral please call 07483 115349 and we'll do all we can to help.
Based at 7 centres around Stockport, we are open 6 days a week. If you hold a red voucher then you can come along to our centres at Bredbury, Cheadle, Cheadle Heath, Hazel Grove, Heaton Norris, Offerton and Reddish - all our opening hours are shown on the back of your voucher.
We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK. See our latest film on twitter @Skptfoodbank
